Perfect East Lake location for families! Quiet, yet close to everything. Completely renovated and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a huge yard, steps from the lake. There is a queen size bed in each of 2 bedrooms, 2 twins in the third and a queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room, to sleep 8 easily. A huge TV and internet will make for family fun in the living room overlooking the lake. There is a charcoal grill and chairs on the large deck just outside the upstairs living room. The patio outside of the ground floor living room also overlooks the lake, and comes complete with a hammock and fire pit for lounging. You can put your boat in the water at the public launch 1/2 mile up the road, then leave it tied up to the dock all week. The kitchen is a cook's dream, fully equipped with a professional grade stove/oven, a microwave, side by side fridge, a food processor and even an ice cream maker! Multiple doors done by local artist, Hank Hall and refinished wood floors add to the charm of the open floor plan. It has 2 lakeside three season rooms and a finished lower level family. Our year round home will sleep 12 comfortably with central air and furnace. We offer wireless internet with 2 Smart TVs, one in the main floor living room and one in the lower-level family room. We offer a fully furnished kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. We also have a washer and dryer for your use. Sheets and pillowcases are provided. There is a deck near the lake with a fire ring and a boat house set up for another gathering place near the dock. There are a few steps leading down to the dock. At the end of the dock there is an electric boat hoist with cover. You may reserve the Hoist for your stay for an extra $125 per stay. We have a large two-car garage for you to use and plenty of parking right outside the home. The Lakes Area walking and biking trail is right across the street. We do not allow large shedding pets inside the dwelling because of family allergies. Would consider one small house dog - contact owner. We welcome hunters and their dogs to stay with us. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with brand new Restonic firm Queen Mattresses and Box springs: The master has a king bed and tv with full master bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 & 3 are large and set up the same with 2 queen beds with dressers in each. Main level bathroom has a tub shower and a double sink. The 24'x24' loft area could be used as a forth bedroom and has a futon, a king size bed, a queen bed, and has a tv that only runs a dvd/vcr combo with a small selection of videos available. There are no bunk beds in this cabin. All rooms except kitchen and bathrooms have ceiling fans. Off the main level there are 2 decks. The deck off the kitchen is 14'x18' and the deck off the living room is 12'x18'. There is patio seating for 14 and 4 tables, plenty of room to enjoy outdoor eating. There is a charcoal grill available for use. Bonfire area available to enjoy evenings around the fire. Located 1/2 mile from the public boat ramp (as seen in the pictures) and bike trails and 3/4 mile to the splash pad (as seen in the pictures). Arnolds park is a short 4 mile drive. Located just outside of the city limits to enjoy the peacefulness of the country, but yet close enough to enjoy all the area attractions. Includes high speed wireless internet and cable tv. We just recently remodeled both the inside and outside. It is located in a very peaceful location just up from the water front. There is a dishwasher and a washer and dryer to use. With this rental you have lake/beach access and access to a pool, playground, sand volleyball and a basketball court. The area is extremely family friendly, with plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. It is also air conditioned. We are close to the Barefoot Bar and the city of Spirit Lake with grocery stores and the downtown area less than 2 miles away. There is a public lake access with a modern boat ramp and parking (overnight allowed) for your boat about 2 miles away. Arnolds Park and the City of Okoboji are about a 3 mile drive. Getting around We are within easy driving distance of the area attractions or take advantage of the 2 local taxi services offering rides to or from any where in the Lakes area. Other things to note As parking is often in short supply during summer weekends, we ask you use only one parking space in front of the garage. A smart TV is provided and there is free wifi but no cable TV or programming in the guesthouse.

Guest access: Access includes free parking on premises along with a nearby boat loading area for those who wish to bring their boat. A hoist is available for use right out back. Other things to note: This area is secured by ARLO security which means there are 2 cameras outside to secure your stay. Also due to the raised drain in the tub, there will be some standing water after your shower that slowly drains. Mini-Wakan State Park, located just to the West of the beach offers a boat ramp and several areas to fish along the shoreline. Mini-Wakan also borders the area commonly referred to as “the grade”, which provides great shoreline fishing access. You will also find walking/biking paths located at the North end of the park stretching through the winding farmlands.

Our new house is a 1250 square foot home that is being built in the fall of 2018 on the same site as our 1920 cabin. Our year round home will sleep 6 people. We offer wireless internet, smart TV's in the living areas and bedrooms. The sound bar in the living room is bluetooth capable so you can listen to your favorite songs off your smart phone or tablet. We offer a fully furnished kitchen with a stove, fridge with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are available for your use just off the kitchen. Sheets and pillow cases are provided. Personal items are not. If you choose to stay with us, there are no large steps to overcome and that is great for anyone with mobility issues. To exit and enter the house you will only have couple steps to deal with. There is a concrete patio between the lake and the house with sun umbrellas, a gas grill and a fire ring. At the end of the dock there is an electric boat hoist with cover for boats 21 feet and smaller. You may reserve the hoist for your stay for an extra $125 per stay. Boat rentals are available through Great Lakes Marine Service. Pets are negotiable. We do not allow pets that shed inside the dwelling because of family allergies. Our lake cabin is a spacious 1,330 square foot modular home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and contains a refrigerator, gas range top, and microwave. Both air conditioning and electric furnace heat are included. There is plenty of room indoors and outside to enjoy for a family vacation spot at a reasonable price! The cabin sleeps 11 comfortably. The master bedroom and bathroom are very large. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has twin bunk beds & a twin bed. All rooms have ceiling fans. The family room has a pull-out sleeper for 2. There are four steps leading into the cabin on both sides of the home. The cabin boasts a storage shed with 2 bicycles that may be used at any time on the trails, and several outdoor games (bean bag toss, ladder ball) as well. There is plenty of space for vehicle parking right outside the cabin with a large cement slab in the front, along with a long gravel driveway section for boats or recreational vehicles too!

Our lake cabin is a cozy ~650 square foot home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and contains a refrigerator, range top, and microwave. The screened-in porch on the lake side offers beautiful views of the water and includes a large picnic table. Both air conditioning and electric heat are included. Sleeps 6 comfortably. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other bedroom has two twins. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living room has a futon that sleeps 2. There are no steps in the cabin. The cabin boasts 2 docks - one on the lake side, and one in the bay that is easily accessible from a public park. There is space for 2 vehicles to park right outside the cabin, and there is plenty of public parking available nearby (a 3 minute walk).

This house has 3 floors offering 1 day bed on the main floor, 6 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with two masters on the lake, and the third floor has 4 bedrooms. There is a full gourmet kitchen on the 1st floor with large dinning room table with full views of the lake. There is also a kitchenette on the 3rd floor.
